Responsibilities:• Managing the end-to-end project life cycle through all phases such as creation of a robust analysis framework planning of the process flow for research requests, coordination with the respective teams and ensuring high quality deliverables based on the client's requirements• Interacting with the client for gathering/understanding the requirements along with the colleagues• Conducting custom qualitative research across various industries in the rapid research environment• Analyzing the data and preparing in-depth company profiles, executive bios, competitor analysis and industry analysis• Performing the News Tracking Exercise on a daily/quarterly basis with a focus on Automobile and Tourism industry• Working on information collated from sources such as industry reports, press releases, articles and others• Administering timely quality checks to ensure that the final outcome is in-line with client expectations• Supporting and motivating a team of associates/senior associates and driving the same towards achievement of goals; identifying the training needs of the team and mentoring the team members, when required• Collaborating with MIS team in formulating weekly/monthly billing review• Ensuring adherence to timelines for sharing relevant interpretations & findings with the stakeholders for effective problem-solving• Maintaining data security while communicating outcomes of various analysis with different stakeholders and ascertaining confidentiality for protecting the knowledge assets of the firm• Collaborating with the Technical Team and suggesting upgrades & improvements for enhancing the process of data collection & analysis
