Project- UPMRC GC Architect for all Elevated and Under-Ground Metro Stations. Client- UPMRC (Formally known as Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation). Responsibility for- Architect (General Consultant)- • Proof checking and validation & Approvals of drawings to DDC (SYSTRA) for all 9 Elevated station of Priority section having Elevated station and other 13 Metro stations of Balance Section including 4 UG station of Phase 1-A. • Cross checking of bills, BOQ and suggesting for new proposals to DDC (SYSTRA). • Checking for SWC drawings, Site supervision and construction support to contractors at site. • Prepared detailed proposal for OCC Building on client's requirements for whole stretch of Phase-1. Professional Experience- Architect (General Consultant) for Lucknow, Kanpur & Agra Metro of all Elevated and UG Stations.

Professional Experience- Interface Management Coordinating with System wide Designers and Contractors Designing n Planning & Correction & Modification of Drawings. Project- Muttom Depot, Client- Kochi Metro Rail Corporation. Responsibility for- Detailed Design Consultancy - • Assisting &Preparing Tender, GFC drawings and BOQ for Muttom Depot cum Workshop sheds including service buildings, other ancillary buildings and External development. • Prepared Master plan, Tender, detailed design and GFC drawings for the Workshop, Stabling, inspection sheds and all ancillary structures as per approved Track layouts. • Prepared Detailed Layout for Operational Control Center (O.C.C) and Depot Control Centre (D.C.C) buildings as requirements. • Prepared drawings and other deliverables as per contract and submission for Approval to client, in guidance of senior Architect. • Visited to interim consultants (DMRC), for various layouts and planning approval • Attending regular Meetings with Sr. Architects to discuss and solving the interface issues as per site conditions and getting site progress to manage timely production of drawings required on priority basis. • Design coordination with other MEP Services. • Finishing material selection and drawing preparation in guidance of Sr. Architects. Project - Ahmadabad Commissioners Police Office. Responsibility for - • Prepared tender drawings for the building, in guidance of senior Architect. • Organized interface meetings with services and facilities providing vendors. • Calculated other building occupancy loads, Fire Egress Calculations as per relevant codes and practices. • Design coordination with other MEP Services. • Finishing material selection and drawing preparation in guidance. Project- Helipad for Police Head-Quarter building, Naya Rai Pur. Responsibility for- • Deatiled design consultancy for proposed Helipad and Support Facilities Planning. • Prepared helipad pavement and other ancillary building. • Prepared Detailed Layout for positioning of FATO (Final Approach and Take-off Area) and TLOF (Touchdown and Lift-Off) • Prepared drawings for planning of other ancillary buildings with respect to helipad, in guidance of senior Architect. Project- Police Head-Quarter building, Naya Rai Pur. Responsibility for- • Planning, Architectural and Land Scape Design Development and Support Facilities Planning. • Prepared Master plan, Tender, detailed design and GFC drawings for Head Quarter main building. • Prepared drawings for planning of other ancillary buildings, in guidance of senior Architect. • Attending regular Meetings with Sr. Architects to discuss and solving the interface issues as per site conditions and getting site progress to manage timely production of drawings required on priority basis. • Design coordination with other MEP Services. • Finishing material selection and drawing preparation in guidance of Sr. Architects. Project - Conservation & Development Project of Three Lakes, Naya Rai Pur. Responsibility for - Interface management coordination with System wide Designers and contractors designing n planning & correction & modification of drawings and site visits.
