Ltd Durtion:3 months Project: Key Accounts Management. Worked as an intern on key accounts management and also studied the marketing channel of Mother Dairy. Made a complete survey of whole of Delhi Ncr market to connect with key retail outlets and let them know about the KAM program. Also worked under the sales executive in daily sales activities like gathering knowledge about market problems and how a sales executive deals with each problem yet maintaining a good relationship with each retail outlet. Gained knowledge about the distribution channel of the company and how to increase the efficiency of distribution channel. Gained complete knowledge about how KAM is implemented in FMCG industry and how sales is done to achieve targets.
