Question 1: Why should I create my profile on

Question 2: How do I register on

Answer: This platform is for the alumni of Apeejay Education. If you are an alumnus, you can fill up the 'Talent Onboarding Form' by clicking on the 'Alumni Registration' tab on the website.


Question 3: How can I update/edit my profile after submission?

Answer: To update your profile on

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to the ‘My Resume’ section
  3. Click on ‘Title of Your Resume’ for example, ‘Project Manager’ and edit your profile
  4. This will also take you to a page where you can update other profile details.

We recommend you to update your profile regularly. Recruiters often contact only those candidates who have recently updated their profiles.


Question 4: Is a chargeable service?

Answer: No. All services provided by for its Alumni are free. You can create your resume, apply on job posts, reply to emails, edit/manage your profile, create a profile, free of cost.


Question 5: If I forget my password to login on, how do I recover it?

Answer: To recover your password, follow the process below:

  1. Go to the ‘Login’ page and click on ‘Forgot Password’ tab
  2. Enter your ‘Username’ and click ‘Continue’
  3. Instantly, you will receive an email on your registered email id to reset your password
  4. Follow the link in the email and re-create your password


Question 6: Is it compulsory to be an alumnus of Apeejay Education to create an alumni profile on

Answer: Yes, only an alumnus of Apeejay Education can create a profile on


Question 7: How will the Apeejay Education Group verify my school/institutional records?

Answer: We will check your school/higher education records from the respective schools and institutes listed by you. After verification, SSO ID credentials shall be shared with you, which will help you to log in to


Question 8: How many jobs can I apply to in a single click?

Answer: You can apply to one job at a time.


Question 9: How many jobs can I apply to in a single day?

Answer: You can apply to unlimited jobs in a single day.


Question 10: Can I connect with the recruiters directly?

Answer: No. You are not allowed to connect with recruiters unless they share their contact details on their profile/job posts.


Question 11: How can I change my registered mobile number or email address on my profile?

Answer: You can change these details in the ‘Account Settings’ page.


Question 12: What kind of file extension I can upload while creating my resume on

Answer: You can upload your profile in PDF and Word Doc format.


Question 13: Can I still apply for a job if I haven’t registered on

Answer: No, you cannot apply without a valid profile registered on


Question 14: Can I create job alerts matching with my profile?

Answer: Yes, you can create job alerts as per your profile after logging into your account.


Question 15: Can I share a job on other social and professional platforms?

Answer: Yes, you can share a job even outside your profile on other social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
